reclaim line.

Rated at 700-850kgs/hour on LDPE and LLDPE and 65-750 kgs/hour on HDPE and 6000-750 kgs an hour on PP. Line consists of the following:

a) Vecoplan model RG62 -150-SPK-150 single shaft shredder. Film/Fiber rotor installed. 62” x 79” throat opening. 150 hp belt drive through a Flender gearbox. 10 HP hydraulic ram. 1.5”, 3” and 7/16” screens. Alan Bradley Panel View 100 controls. Includes Infeed and discharge conveyors

b) Single screw extruder with electrically heated, water cooled and vented barrel. Integral densifier with incline conveyor with metal detector. 

 Laserfilter model LF2/3543 screen changer

Model HG154D water ring pelletizer with sluice-way with model GS2010 water system , GZKPL spin dewatering dryer and conveying/cooling blower and cyclone.

Includes spare used extruder screw sections and various spare parts.
