Single spindle 40” max. roll size unwind unit

Infeed Unit, with Meech Web Cleaner

Control System: full servo transport with automatic pre-register and running registration

Qty. 10 VersaMax flexo print units w/chill rolls with direct servo-driven plate mandrel, servo impressions rolls, and servo anilox rolls. UV and hot air drying on all 10 print units.

Print repeat range: minimum 10” to maximin 32” inches

First print unit equipped for reverse side printing possible w/o turning the web.  

Two GEW UV cassettes are positioned after the first print station for accepting curing cassettes

Print stations each equipped with a GEW UV Curing unit

Print stations each equipped with a Mark Andy gas fired hot air dryer unit for water based or solvent inks.

Press is solvent safe when running in the solvent use mode.

10th print unit set up for inline lamination using either hot air drying or UV curing w/twin UV mounting units. Extended hot air dryer for peak aqueous lamination performance
