110" (2.794mm) Trim Voith Fourdrinier Paper Machine Manufactured 2002.

Paper machine was used for production of linerboard, medium, tube & core stock. Basis weight range: 200-600 g/m2.

Hydraulic headbox with Duoformer top dewatering unit. Voith Fourdrinier table 960" from C/L Breast roll to couch roll. Shoe press with double felted 1st press and single felted 2nd press. Both presses 5200 PLI. Entire press frames were replaced in 2022 with all stainless steel. (3) Dryer sections with a total of (34) 72" Diameter 150 PSI dryers. Top and bottom dryer felts. Calendar stack rebuilt in 2011 with Controlled crown roll and swimming roll. Mantech auto tail threading system installed 2022 from last press to reel. Voith JUD turn up system added in 2020. Horizontal track reel. Beloit M-24 two drum slitter rewinder with shaftless 60" rewind and updated Dienes slitting station with automatic knife positioning in 2013 for 3" narrow width slits. Siemens DC winder drives installed in 2013. Complete ABB AC Machine drives installed in 2019.

Nash series 904S2 and series M2 vacuum pump system, Voith approach flow screens, instrumentation, Includes spare rolls, clothing and spare parts.

Drive System was updated to accommodate future 2000 ft/min speed.

Some components may require motor or gearbox replacement.

Approach flow system consisting of Voith 08 screen and (2) Voith Mdl 0403 screens. Fan pump: Sulzer SS ZPP 10

Spare parts include all major rolls, suction boxes & table elements, main bearings, drive shafts, drive motors, gearboxes, fan pump assembly and other.

Reported daily production between 375 and 420 TPD.
