40" GOEBEL RAPID D1 SLITTER REWINDER REBUILT

108979 One (1) used / rebuilt 40" wide Goebel Rapid D1 slitter rewinder . 40" unwind and 40" rewind. Rebuilt with new 20 HP motor , controls, new brake and brake controls, new knives and rewind shaft, S/N 8273 , Built in 1979 Runs good , video available. Includes ( 2 ) brand new springs (pic attached as well of the original). We did not utilize the up and down lift on the rewind section, so we did not install the springs
