116" (2.94M) JAGENBERG VARI-DUR TWO DRUM SLITTER REWINDER

107820 One (1) used 116" (2.94m) Jagenberg Vari-Dur two drum slitter rewinder, Type 45-15 /1600/2800, 26" diameter x 116" face bed rolls , (16) Tidland Class II knives , Minimum Slit Width 3" and a 12" dia. anvil roll air shaft that holds multi bands across the 114" face width. ( has run 5000FPM depending on the material type) The maximum rewind diameter is 60" and has a variety of core sizes with the 3minimum being 3". The rider roll is 10" dia. x 16" face width, (2) 75HP motors with Reliance drives. The unwind is is floor pick up, 66" max unwind diameter, water cooled brakes, there are 3" chucks on the unwind with several adapters to go with it. Minimum Slit Width 3" Chucks that go with the winder are 3”, 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12”. The winder is pneumatic as far as the rider roll lift, & density control & lowering the finished rolls from the bed rolls to the floor. STILL IN OPERATION!
