Used 72" Dusenbery Model 613GM Efficient counter roll converting machine. Previously running kraft paper and other paper grades. Shear cut, 2-drum surface rewind slitter rewinder. Semi-automatic operation. Maximum rewind dia. 16”. Maximum speed 2000 FPM. Polyurethane top rider roll, 4.5” dia. Polyurethane-covered nip roll; located before the front winding drum. Both rolls recently re-covered. Electric rider roll lifting; operated by two foot switches. Pull roll with drive component & idler roll set; used to increase obtainable rewind tension. Bowed spreader roll before slitting section. Rear cradle roll delivery system which assists with unloading rewound rolls; when using, this limits rewind to 12.75” diameter. Shear cut; 2” minimum slit width. Machine stops at pre-determined footage. Automatic rider roll lifts. Operator-controlled top riding roll, start to descend. Machine automatically begins to wind. Pre-determined electronic counter. (2) pre-sets. Works in conjunction with deceleration & stopping of the slitter at a pre-selected footage. Updated ABB digital DC drive, Model DCS400. 230 voltage, 50/60 cycle. 40 HP DC Reliance motor. Adjustable pneumatic weight relieving system on rider roll. As rewind diameter increases, rider roll applies less down pressure on the rewinding rolls. Dusenbery model 324 HC shaftless unwind stand, 72” dia. 20” to 72” wide rolls. Automatic edge guide movement +/- 4”. Dual, air-operated, air-cooled Montalvo brakes; one mounted on each unwind roll stand pedestal. Chucking the unwind roll is accomplished by moving pedestals into the core. 73” idler roll. Fife automatic edge guiding, pneumatic sensor. 3” & 6” Double E core chucks. DFE web handler.
