Used 65" Alan Duffy Center Surface Duplex Single shaft unwind. Designed to run simplex on the first rewind position or duplex. 40" diameter shafted unwind with roll lift. 3" unwind air shaft Web width up to ~ 65”. Pneumatic roll lift for self loading Pneumatic braking and closed loop tension control. Side shifting with electro-mechanical actuator for automatic edge guiding. Walk over platform (steel) for access to upstream duplex shaft. Rewind diameter: 40" max per shaft 3” OD air shafts Center driven shafts on pneumatically actuated lay-on arms with individual drive motors. S-wrap roll, Lay-on bed roll and slitter anvil roll have a common drive motor.
