Alina X30 flexographic tailend printer. 30” drying distance between each color. 10 pitch gearing. Designed with central bullgear which helps to assure quality printing & good register control. Typical operating speed, 600 feet per minute. Speed depends upon material & drying capability of the ink used & substrate printed. Most recently printing with water-based inks. Cylinder throwoff which is done manually. Solid construction & heavy-duty side frames assure vibrationless, high-speed operating & quality printing. Shaft driven. Manual 360 degree registration controls. Printing plate cylinder is moved from side-to-side manually to adjust for cross register. Both adjustments are made while the press is running. Two 5.4” diameter, three 5.2” diameter, two 4.6” diameter & two 6.2” diameter print cylinders included. 6” diameter impression cylinders. 5” diameter anilox rolls. 4.75” diameter rubber rolls. Manual side shifting of the entire printer left & right 4”. This printer can be used with paper bag machines, poly bag machines, laminators, sheeters, etc. Most recently was inline with paper bag machine. Has change gear system. Refurbished recently.
