Serial # 8743839B. Model 212 HD. 2400 lbs. maximum roll weight. 2000 feet per minute. Single position detached unwind. SL Series. Air chucking to hold unwind shaft in place. Air-loaded dancer roll which controls tension of braking automatically. Fife automatic edge guiding system, pneumatic sensor, +/- 2”. Unwind accepts 60” diameter rolls. Pneumatic chucking for positive safety lock for shaft retaining. Stanford Model 900 pneumatic dancer controls. Air to pneumatic brake to maintain constant tension. Unwind shafts & rewind shafts are interchangeable. (3) 6” air shafts. (8) 3” air shafts. Some shafts are button type; some are leaf type. Leaf type are typically used for narrow slitting. Constant tension rewinding. Rewind has pneumatic rewind shaft retaining with positive safety locks.
