Four zone individual tension control, you can run four different slit widths at the same time. One pair of 3” rewind mandrels. Rubber covered pullroll and plain steel idlers. One pair of KISS slit idlers. Two motor drive, newer Eurotherm 620 A/C with touch screen interface for rewind drive slow down control. Maximum speed is 1000FPM. Equipped with a 40” diameter Dusenbery model 863 unwind with E&L photo cell automatic edge guide control for edge or line guiding, all electric. A Montalvo HP series pneumatic air-cooled brake. Closed loop automatic unwind tension control with loadcell feed back. Also a 3" and 6” air inflatable unwind shaft. Tooling as shown in the photos.
