109460 Rebuild 904T1 Nash Vacuum Pump. The following is for a rebuild of your Nash 904T1 vacuum pump built to Nash factory specifications. The unit comes with the standard 2 year warranty against defects in parts or workmanship & performance guarantee of 98% of New Factory Pump Description 1) Sandblast & primer all parts. 2) Shaft, reconditioned to factory specifications, sleeve both packing areas to factory specifications. 3) Body, C/I - install S/S liner, body is presently cast iron with washout present, we will pre-machine body, install S/S liner by welding in place, install solid S/S center shroud, & finish machine to factory size. 4) Rotor, C/I – recondition with S/S shroud rings, welded tapers & finished machined to factory specifications. OD of rotor is undersized on both shrouds & tapers are extremely oversized. 5) Cones, C/I – S/S cladded & light machined taper to insure proper 8-degree taper & factory specifications. 6) Heads, C/I – pre-machine & install full face S/S cladding on both heads & machine to factory specifications. 7) Bearing brackets – reconditioned to factory specifications, sleeved bearings bores to factory sizes. 8) New bearings, lip seals, gaskets, packing & misc. hardware. 9) Assemble to factory tolerances.
