30" DUSENBERY MODEL 10000 L3 DUPLEX REWIND WITH EDGE GUIDE AND SHEAR SLITTING REBUILT 2017

904115 One (1) used 30" wide Dusenbery Model 10000 L3 two motor drive, 1000FPM with 3” diameter cantilevered rewind mandrels. Maximum rewind diameter of 24” with pneumaticly controled top riding rolls. Duplex rewind with core spacer differential rewind tension control-all the slit roll have individual tension control. Two zone individual tension control, you can run two different slit widths at the same time. 3” rewind mandrels. Shear slitting . Equipped with a 40” diameter integral unwind with Fife P-50 automatic edge guide control for edge guiding and a standard pneumatic air cooled brake.  3" unwind shaft. The Drive system Consists of a  7.5 HP DC motor as the main drive and 10HP as the rewind drive. Footage counter. Nip roll on the first pullroll. Automatic unwind tension control with a set of load cells. All of the web path rolls are driven after slitting. One pair of pneumatic trim winders. Documentation and schematics are with machine.
